Looking for a hotel in Cuba?  Check out hotel rates for over 200 hotels in Cuba from one to five star.  We offer some of the best hotel and Cuban resort rates online and you can book them right here.

The hotels in Havana we have stayed in and can recommend are the Hotel Nacional (5 star) and Hotel Riviera (4 star) along the Malecón in the neighborhood of Vedado, the five star Saratoga Hotel on the corner of Paseo del Prado and Dragones, Hotel Parque Central (5 star) and the Hotel Inglaterra (4 star). We’ve even stayed at the 2 star Hotel Islazul Caribbean which is in a great location near the bottom of El Prado. It’s a basic hotel, clean and safe, but it’s a 2 star and you get what you pay for. We’ve also tried out some of the casa particulars (bed and breakfast hotels) which are cheaper in price – currently in the $25 – $35 CUC per night range. Some of the Casa Particulars are quite charming and nothing beats meeting the owners of these small hotels to experience more of the real Cuba. It is a more intimate experience of Cuba.

We also recently booked a room at the Hotel Deauville on the Malecón because of its location and the view of the Malecón and the sea. This blue high rise hotel is perhaps a two star, very basic with great rates but it’s got a million dollar view in the morning! Hotel Deauville provides a good buffet breakfast with your hotel room and there’s an outdoor swimming pool to cool off in. Five star it’s not, but the vista as the sun comes up is superb!

All inclusive resort hotels are plentiful and can be found on the entire coastal areas of Cuba. All inclusive packages include not only your flight but hotel accommodation, food and national drinks. The most popular resort areas on the Island are the Varadero area, Cayo Santa Maria, Santiago de Cuba and the islands to the south of Cuba called Cayo Largo. All inclusive resorts in Cuba are the ideal vacation packages for families and groups.

Recent changes in Cuban-American relations has made Cuba one of the hottest new tourist destinations for American citizens in the Caribbean. Currently, there are still restrictions on Americans traveling to Cuba but this will, no doubt change as all things eventually do. Hotel rooms must be booked in advance because of the number of tourists now visiting Cuba. There are simply not enough hotel rooms to accommodate the explosion of tourism on the island and Cuba still has some catching up to do to meet the demand. You can use the above search box to check rates and securely book your hotel in Cuba online.  Even if you’re traveling for the art and culture of Cuba, you still need a hotel.
